Exploring the Facilitators and Barriers of Social Integration of Patients With Spinal Cord Injuries in Rofeideh Rehabilitation Hospital: A Qualitative Study

Objective People's lives change after unfortunate events such as spinal cord injury, and the people with this a citizen, face various obstacles challenges to participate in society. This study explores barriers facilitators of social integration patients injuries Rofeideh Rehabilitation Hospital. Materials & Methods research was conducted using Granheim Lundman's (2004) conventional content analysis. The participants comprised 13 4 family caregivers patients, 5 rehabilitation service providers Hospital, which were selected by purposive sampling. Sampling continued until data saturation. Data collected analyzed semi-structured in-depth interviews. To evaluate stability data, four criteria credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability proposed Guba Lincoln used. Results Facilitators injury identified 3 main categories 8 subcategories. On other hand, helpful factors at different levels individual, family, facilitate their process. Recognizing these factors, derived deep rich caregivers, providers, can be useful families, professionals, policymakers.
